Bring On Spring With These Warm Weather Looks

The Beasley Jumpsuit is one of our favorite pieces this season. Made of gorgeous Italian crepe with a softly draped neckline, we are planning to wear this jumpsuit now with a turtleneck layered underneath, under a leather jacket on a cool spring day, and with chunky heeled sandals in the warm summer months. It’s truly a perfect day-to-night piece that can be worn to the office, brunch, or a night out.

The Rhoda Dress is another piece from the collection that we cannot stop thinking about. It’s the perfect example of feminine-cool with its fresh fabric and easy silhouette. With a cape that can be worn out or belted in, it will be the first piece that goes in our suitcases for upcoming Spring/Summer travels. It will take us from days of exploring new cities to an afternoon at the beach. It’s also a great option for all of the wedding and baby showers that are already filling up our calendars. It comes in the most beautiful Italian voile with a scattered dot pattern woven into the fabric and is also available in the prettiest shade of light blue textured chambray.

The Nadia Top and Ferguson Skirt are pieces that look great when worn together or on their own. Made from luxurious Italian crepe with chiffon details at the front neckline, our favorite thing about the Nadia Top is the stunning overlapping detail at the back. Meanwhile, the soft draping, wrap detail and great fit of the Ferguson Skirt will make it an unexpected wardrobe staple that is perfect for transitioning from the office to date night.

Katharine McPhee Wows in Wai Ming

We were so excited to see Katharine McPhee in our Annabelle Jumpsuit at HBO's Emmy afterparty. She looked confident, comfortable and absolutely stunning. We were pleasantly surprised (but in complete agreement) when some of our favorite publications included her in their "best-dressed" lists.

Best Dressed Ladies: Ashley Benson and Holland Roden

Actresses Ashley Benson of Pretty Little Liars and Holland Roden of Teen Wolf both stepped out in head-to-toe Wai Ming.

Ashley wore our Vanessa Vest and matching Monica pant to the AOL BUILD Speaker Series in New York and was subsequently featured as "Look of the Day" by InStyle and "Best Dressed" by W Magazine.

Holland, who wore our Annabelle jumpsuit to Comic Con in San Diego, was featured on Teen Vogue's website and was named one of the "best dressed" by WhoWhatWear.com.

These ladies certainly show how to make the most of monochrome.

In The Press

It's been a busy summer at Wai Ming and we are so honored to have been featured in several publications over the last few months! Our Vanessa vest appeared in People StyleWatch and Jute Magazine, and our Chamberlin dress was featured in Lucky Magazine. We also kicked off the Fall season with a gorgeous spread in the most recent issue of Heaven Has Heels.

SO FRESH AND SO CLEAN

Skier Lindsey Vonn and actress Meghan Good stepped out in fresh looks from our SS15 collection. Lindsey stunned in our Selena gown at Wimbledon and Meghan looked flawless in our Renee skirt and Heidi top at Comic Con. We love how both ladies chose to accessorize their looks with delicate accessories and amazing smiles!

Ellie Kemper Stuns in Wai Ming - Twice!
There are several reasons we love Ellie Kemper:  she is intelligent, hilarious, gorgeous and sweet as can be. The Unbreakable Kimmy Shmidt star is also incredibly generous and gave us an amazing on-air shoutout while wearing our Sherman Dress on the Today Show.  Several days later, she returned to the show wearing our Josie dress and looked equally stunning. We can't get enough of this incredible lady!

Summer's Last Hurrah

Somehow, the last days of summer are already here with Labor Day approaching much quicker than I would like to acknowledge. I'm clinging desperately to my favorite season and trying to get the most out of my summer wardrobe before I transition into fall. The Olivia skort and Pam top seem like the perfect stylish yet effortless combination to take me from barbecue to pool party this weekend. And what says summer if not barbecues, pool parties, skorts and sleeveless tops? Maybe bikinis, pina coladas, and ice cream cones, but that's a different post.

Made in the USA

We are proud to be Americans and proud that we design and produce the entire Wai Ming collection in America. We are featuring our Cindy Dress for this holiday weekend. It's a nod to the red, white and blue in our signature fan print without being too obvious and will easily transition from a picnic in the park to rooftop fireworks. To finish the look, all of the accessories are from designers that also proudly produce in the USA.

Wedding Week: Girls in White Dresses

My year as a fiancee was one of the most memorable times of my life. One of the reasons for this was all of the celebrating that took place before we even got to the wedding day:  the bridal shower, the bachelorette party, the rehearsal dinner - the list goes on and on (we never pass up an opportunity to have fun with friends and family!) Then, it all culminated with everyone my husband and I love in one room for the actual wedding.  All that celebrating required a slew of dresses - and why not make them white to really take advantage of this unique time period? Here are some suggestions of what I would wear if I were a blushing bride this wedding season!
